Our church's 50th anniversary celebration will take place on the last weekend of October. There is much we are doing to celebrate this momentous event in our church's history. Here are a few ways you can be involved.
- Saturday, October 28 - We'll be having a pancake breakfast to see many of our friends who will be visiting from out of town. The whole church is invited for food, fellowship, and to hear from John Freeman.
- Sunday Morning, October 29 - In the morning we'll hear from Herb Broadwater and Art Wood in Sunday school and from the pulpit.
- Sunday Night, October 29 - On Sunday night we'll have a longer time to spend celebrating what God has done, what He is doing, and what we are looking forward to in the next 50 years. From 4-5pm we'll have a social time with our special guests. From 5-6pm we will enjoy a banquet together. From 6-7:30pm we'll be hearing from several speakers, hearing testimonies, singing together, and watching videos as we examine the past, present, and future of HPC.
More information about this celebration weekend will be coming soon.
