SENIOR ADULT MINISTRY - PRIMETIMERS

The Primetimers is our senior adult ministry. We are open to anyone fifty years old and up. Our primary goal is Christian fellowship with a lot of fun thrown in for good measure. We have a monthly luncheon on the second Tuesday of each month with an informative speaker or musical entertainment.

We also take day trips to a wide variety of interesting destinations, from the Saturn Plant near Tullahoma to a stage show in Seveirville. Faye Evans is our travel agent/tour guide and always plans for a delicious meal at a colorful restaurant such as the Cookie Jar, Miss Bobo’s Boarding House or the Southern Belle Riverboat.

Though many of our members are involved in church service projects individually, we are also involved as a group in helping with refreshments at Music Camp. At Christmas, we collect mittens, gloves and hats for the children at the Roanoke Center.
