John: That You May Believe
“These are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” —John 20:31
John records 7 signs, 7 I am statements and various teachings of Jesus that is very different from the other three gospels. He carefully chooses what he included in his gospel to show that Jesus is the one sent from God to reveal God’s glory and make him known. Using Kathleen Nielson’s study John: That You May Believe, we will walk through 10 lessons in the fall covering John 1-10 and 10 lessons in the spring covering John 11-21. Please join us as we dive deep into who Jesus is and what it means to have life in his name.
